What items do you accept? 

We accept women's and men's gently worn designer fashion, including clothing, accessories, and jewelry. Review our full list of accepted brands here.

How do you price?

We price based on our three rule guidelines: the condition of each item, the current market value of what your item is valued, and current market trends. Our goal is to price your item at the highest price point, giving you a chunk of change to walk away with. All items are one of a  kind, so there could be slightly different prices for two items that look similar. The following three factors help to determine the best prices.​

 

Condition

• We accept good items (normal wear), exceptional items (perfect but without tags), and new products (with tags). The newer the item, the higher the value they have. The newer your items are usually, the higher their resale value. One and Dunn strongly advise potential sellers to submit their applications even if they are unsure if their item meets our condition standards. We understand that items may be subject to minor scuffs, marks., and wear.

Brand Resale Value 

• Over time, the value of top brands is maintained by continued demand on primary and secondary markets. We offer more for top valued brands that keep their value, such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, and Dior.

Market Trends

• Based on specific trends in the market determines which styles, colors, patterns are highly sought out. We collect real-time insights into trends by using internal and external data.

How much do I earn?

Once the seller's application has been accepted, a shipping label will be sent via email, indicating the seller to ship their gently used items to our showroom. Please ship all items within 2-3 business days. Once your items have been authenticated and reviewed by our team, payment is released to the seller via electronic payment (Zelle, Cashapp, Direct Deposit) or site credit. 

 

Site credit is redeemable for all purchases on oneanddunnboutique.com, credit is non-transferable and does not expire, site credit can not be converted into cash. Once you have decided to receive store credit, it can no longer be redeemed for cash. Or electronic payment.  Purchases made with site credit, plus any other form of payment used for the balance of the purchase, if applicable, shall be repaid in the same amount of site credit used to buy.

How will I know what my earnings are?

If your application is approved, we'll reach out to you and propose a price in cashback and site credit for the items we can accept. If you agree to our offer, we'll email you a shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your things, our team of experts will thoroughly authenticate your items and process the payment. It's that easy!

How do I ship my items?

It's easy. Once your application is approved, we'll email you instructions on how to ship your items along with your shipping label.

What if my application is denied?

If your application is denied, it was for one of three reasons:

• (1) The condition of your item was not entirely up to par with our expectations

• (2) Your item was not in the current buying season

• (3) We already have a similar item in stock
